JACKSONVILLE COLLEGE CARES
Jacksonville College exists to support our students in their educational journey. Recently, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused much disruption in our daily lives, education included. Therefore, Jacksonville College has applied for emergency funds to provide financial assistance to those students who have been impacted by this pandemic. This includes any student who was/will be enrolled in the following semesters: Spring 2020, Maymester 2020, Summer 1 2020, Summer 2 2020, and Fall 2020.
This financial support is for food, housing, course materials, technology, student services, tutoring, and various other needs as prescribed in our grants. The financial assistance funds are limited, so the first applicants to apply will be the first to be considered. The amount of financial assistance that can be awarded is based on the needs of the student and the available funds of Jacksonville College.
The Jacksonville College Cares Application for financial assistance funds can be downloaded at or can be picked up at the Jacksonville College Business Office. No applications will be accepted after August 18, 2020. Along with the application, provide all documentation requested. Support will be prioritized and allocated to those students who demonstrate the greatest need of help to achieve their academic goals. Financial assistance awards will be dispersed to eligible applicants by September 30, 2020.
Jacksonville College counts it a joy to serve our students. We pray for you and your health and safety.
