MOODLE will be unavailable starting at 8:30 AM until 10:30 AM Central time on Tuesday, August 7, 2018   Users attempting to access MOODLE will see a temporary maintenance page with a message indicating the site is down for maintenance.

Turnitin.com will be unavailable from 10:00 am CST unitl 6 pm CST on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 for hardware updates and performance improvements.  Users will be unable to submit and grade during this maintenance window.

MOODLE is currently unavailable.  We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

On June 20, beginning at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time, Internet access, EMPOWER, and MOODLE will be inaccessible while our Internet Firewall hardware is upgraded. The downtime should last between 15 minutes and 1 hour.

The network is currently down for Collin's Hall, Madison Ave., 703 Jefferson, and Ragsdale.  We are working to restore network connectivity as quickly as possible.

EMPOWER will be unavailable starting at 7:00 PM CST on Friday, September 1 for an update.  EMPOWER users will not have access to the EMPOWER office system or Web portal services.  EMPOWER will become available again once the update has been completed (late Friday/early Saturday).

Moodle and Empower are currently inaccessible.  We believe the problem is with the firewall and are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.  We will post an update as soon as we have the problem resolved.

On March 3, at beginning at 11:00 p.m. MOODLE will be inaccessible while an update is applied.  The downtime should last approximately 1 hour.

[Scheduled System Service Interruption] - EMPOWER

On February 10th at 12:00 a.m., EMPOWER will be doing compliance testing on the EMPOWER servers that may cause slow connections to the EMPOWER office system and Web portal services.  The testing is expected to be completed by 1:00 a.m.

EMPOWER will be unavailable starting at 9:00 PM CST on Friday, February 3 for maintenance work on the EMPOWER servers.  EMPOWER users will not have access to the EMPOWER office system or Web portal services.  The expected downtime is about 6 hours.

We are receiving reports of problems logging into Empower.  We have submitted a concern to Empower support and will post an update once the problem is resolved.

The issue where some students were unable to download the Respondus LockDown browser on WIndows computers has been resolved.

Some students have reported difficulties installing the Respondus LockDown browser on Windows computers.  We are currently working with Respondus to resolve this issue.

Turnitin Service Alert - Students making a late submission will incorrectly receive a message indicating that they have already made a submission int the assignment.  Turnitin is working to resolve the issue.

MOODLE will be unavailable starting at 12:00 AM CST (midnight) on Thursday, November 17, 2016 until 1:00 AM CST.  Users attempting to access MOODLE will see a temporary maintenance page with a message indicating the site is down for maintenance along with the expected time the site will be available.
