Jacksonville College uses a web-based email client to provide you with free access to email.  The computers in the computer lab and library have Microsoft Internet Explorer installed to allow you to access your email. Lab assistants and library personnel can assist you with any difficulties or questions.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer

2. In the address line type www.jacksonville-college.edu and press ENTER

3. Click on the 'Jagmail' icon at the bottom left side of the page

4. A logon screen will be displayed

5. The USERID is usually your first initial + last name. Example: John Doe would have the USERID jdoe

6. The initial PASSWORD is your Student Identification Number. You can find this on your student ID card

7. After entering your USERID and PASSWORD click LOGON to proceed

Your email address takes the form of userid@jacksonville-college.edu
