 Lum Newburn III will be missed by the Jacksonville College Athletic Department. He was faithful fan and supporter for many years. His impact to our program is much apprecited.

Lum was born October 10, 1946 in Jacksonville.
Lum Newburn passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2010 in Jacksonville.
The JAGUARS (men’s basketball team) and the LADY JAGUARS (women's basketball team) compete in the Region XIV Junior College Athletic Conference and the National Junior College Athletic Association. To be eligible for intercollegiate varsity sports, a student must meet the standards as set forth by the NJCAA.
